CheeseCrafter® Production and Total Quality Management System
The CheeseCrafter Total Production and Quality Management System were developed to facilitate automation through user-friendly, integrated software. This comprehensive system creates and maintains records of ingredients by batch number, codifies recipes, produces make sheets, predicts yields and provides financial feedback. It is also useful for Yogurt makers. The CheeseCrafter can be utilized by the LactiCheck or through other data input options (from manual to mechanical). Demo disks are available.
The CheeseCrafter also includes features allowing the integration of Finance data, the ability to configure and print-out a Make Sheet and the possibility to enable a Password function for additional security. You can also calculate predicted yield, compare actual resulting yield and model various measures that you could take in process and/or formulation to optimize profitability!
- The Make Sheet can now be configured as a "Production Sheet" a printed out for use during the cheese making process, on the production floor!
- The Cheese Analytical Tool (CAT) allows you to make adjustments to the Constants/Values when you have milk composition data in place, but will preserve the integrity of your data.
- The Wonder Wizard is a modeling tool, allowing changes to any and all data and Constants.
