The annual International Dairy Federation and ISO Analytical Week was held in Prague, Czech Republic this year. A group of the global dairy experts (130 from 22 countries!) gathered in this beautiful, historic city in central Europe to develop, codify, review and revise analytical standards. The results help promote cohesiveness in global trade and introduce innovations that streamline and improve analytical methods.
